Messe München is one of the largest trade fair companies worldwide and facility operator of the Munich exhibition grounds, the ICM – Internationales Congress Center and the MOC Veranstaltungscenter München. Founded in 1964, it now organizes more than 50 of its own trade shows in Munich as well as in China, India, Brazil, Russia, Turkey, South Africa, Nigeria, Vietnam and Iran. With a network of associated companies in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America, and around 70 representatives actively serving over 100 countries, Messe München today has a global presence.

The Munich exhibition venue comprises 18 halls with a total exhibition area of 200,000 m² and another 425,000 m² of outdoor area, making Messe München by far the holder of the largest outdoor area of all exhibition companies in Germany.

In 2019, the Messe München International generated a total revenue of roughly 474.2 million euros.
